Below you will find detailed regulations for participation in courses organized by the 3BEAT International Language School. This document outlines the rules for enrollment, payment, cancellation of classes, terms of cooperation, and the rights and obligations of students and the school.
We encourage you to read the regulations before enrolling in a course. Transparent rules are the basis for comfortable and effective online language learning.

Regulations
§ 1 SUBJECT OF THE REGULATIONS
- 3 BEAT International Language School is a private institution providing Foreign language teaching services. School address: ul. Kościelna 34, 21-411 Wojcieszków, Lublin Voivodeship, Poland
- These Regulations, hereinafter referred to as the "Regulations", define the principles, scope, and conditions of participation in English language classes conducted by the 3 BEAT language school. The Regulations also describe the rights and obligations of the School.
- The Regulations are an integral part of the Agreement that 3 BEAT Language School signs with each Student/Enrollee/Company and/or Parent/Legal Guardian of the Child.
§ 2 ORGANIZATION OF COURSES AND RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE SCHOOL
- The School provides language courses for children, teenagers, adults, and companies in the form of organized groups and individual lessons conducted in-person or online.
- Groups are formed based on age and proficiency level.
- Classes at the School are held from Monday to Saturday.
- Any change in the class date is agreed with the group and requires the consent of all participants. course.
- The number of students in a group depends on the school's current offer. Classes for one person are treated as individual classes.
- Students receive a certificate confirming participation in the course at a given level of advancement after completing the full course.
- The school is obligated to regularly monitor students' progress by conducting regular tests.
- The school monitors the attendance of students participating in group and individual classes by maintaining an electronic register.
- All students are required to adhere to socially accepted norms of behavior during classes and not disrupt the work of the teacher or other course participants.
§ 3 RECRUITMENT
- Recruitment of students to groups is based on a placement test conducted online on the LangLion platform.
- Registration can be made throughout the year. Those registering after the start of classes will be placed in groups with available spaces.
- Registration at the 3BEAT Language School is accomplished by completing the registration form, which constitutes the provision of personal data for the purposes of contacting the Student/Learner.
- The contract is in writing. An electronic contract approved on the LangLion platform is also considered written form.
§ 4 COURSE FEES
- Course prices are available in the current price list on the school's website http://szkola3beat.online
- The group/individual course fee is payable by bank transfer to the account of the Mila School Emilia Zbietka Language School, account number: 37 1240 2698 1111 0011 2959 2597 (PKO SA bank), NIP: 8252066681. In the transfer title, please provide the name and surname of the Participant/Learner, the course name, installment number, and course duration. Payment must be made no later than 3 days after signing the contract.
- People joining the group during the course only pay for classes held from the time they joined the group. Students are not charged for classes held before they joined the group.
- Absence from classes does not constitute grounds for reducing course fees.
- The course price includes all study materials (codes for textbooks and online exercises).
- Pricing for companies and institutions is determined individually.
§ 5 TEACHERS
- Course classes are conducted by carefully selected Teachers with appropriate language qualifications.
- The School has the right to change the Teacher during the school year for technical and organizational reasons or other reasons beyond the School's control.
- In the event of a Teacher's illness, the School is obliged to appoint a replacement or make up the classes at a time convenient for the Students.
- Teaching classes are subject to regular observations and constant didactic supervision conducted by the Methodologist.
- Each Student has the right to submit any requests or reservations regarding the work of the 3BEAT Language School and/or the employed Teacher, and the School's management is obliged to consider them.
- Any comments/complaints regarding the services provided can be sent to Report complaints via email to info@szkola3beat.online, or directly to the language school staff by phone, in writing, or in person.
- The school will present its position on the claim presented in the complaint within 14 days of the Student's submission. The form of compensation will be agreed upon with the client on a case-by-case basis.
§ 6 CANCELLATION AND WITHDRAWAL FROM CLASSES
- The school reserves the right to cancel classes in urgent and exceptional situations, e.g., the Teacher's indisposition. In this case, the classes are not forfeited, but are made up at another date after consultation with all students in the group.
- If the School is unable to hold the classes or in unforeseen circumstances, the classes will be held at the next possible date agreed upon by both parties.
- Any student participating in individual classes may cancel the classes by notifying 3BEAT Language School by phone (tel. +48 793 644 413) or email (info@szkola3beat.online or 3beatils@gmail.com) at least 24 hours before the scheduled classes.
- If participation in individual classes is impossible, the School will make every effort to conduct the course at another time. The parties will mutually agree on a new date. If the School is not informed, the classes will be considered completed without the Student's right to make up the missed classes.
- Students in group courses may cancel classes if all group members are unable to participate and inform the instructor no later than the last class before the canceled class. In this case, the classes are not forfeited, but are made up on a date agreed upon between the Teacher and the Students.
- If the deadline for reporting an inability to participate in individual classes organized by the 3BEAT Language School is missed, the classes are forfeited and not made up.
- Every Student has the right to withdraw from the course during the school year.
- Termination of the Agreement occurs upon the Student's written request.
- The Agreement is terminated with a one-month notice period, calculated at the end of the calendar month (group courses) and/or a 14-day notice period in the case of individual classes. The Student has the right to participate in classes during the notice period.
- A Student withdrawing from the course is obligated to settle all due fees, including those for classes scheduled during the one-month notice period remaining until the Agreement is terminated. The School will, however, refund the Student for any unused classes within the course scheduled after the Agreement is terminated. The refund will be made no later than 14 days after the termination of the Agreement.
§ 7 FINAL PROVISIONS
- These Regulations are subject to change.
- Any changes made to the Regulations will be notified to the Student 1 month before their implementation.
- In matters not regulated by the provisions of these Regulations, the relevant provisions of the Civil Code shall apply.
